What does the $349 starting price cover?
A basic small-business website with a scope we agree on by email before work begins. Additional pages, features, integrations or custom functionality need a separate written quote that you approve before that work begins.
How do payments work?
50% upfront ($174.50 on a $349 website) and the remaining 50% before final launch. We bill through Stripe invoices sent by email; maintenance can be an optional recurring subscription. This website never collects payment details.
Do I need a maintenance plan?
No. Maintenance is completely optional. Without a plan you can request one-time changes at $100 minimum per service request.
What isn't included in maintenance?
Major changes, redesigns, new pages and custom functionality. These are quoted separately.
Who pays for the domain and business email?
You purchase and control your own domain and business email. They are separate expenses, paid directly to the provider you choose.
