Policies & Terms

Payment

• Website creation starts at $349. Payment is 50% upfront ($174.50 on a $349 website) and 50% before final launch.
• We bill through Stripe invoices sent by email. Maintenance plans may be billed as optional recurring Stripe subscriptions. This website never collects payment details.
• Maintenance is $39.99 per month or $399 per year, billed in advance.
• One-time changes are $100 minimum per service request. Larger work is billed as stated in the written quote you approve.
• All prices are in US dollars.

Scope & revisions

The $349 introductory price covers a basic small-business website with an agreed scope. Additional pages, features, integrations or custom functionality require a separate written quote that you approve before work begins.

Each website includes two rounds of reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions require a separate quote.

Refunds & cancellations

Website creation

• Before work begins: full refund.
• After work begins: we refund the unearned portion of what you paid, based on documented work completed.
• After final approval: refunds are subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.

Maintenance plans

• Cancel any time by email.
• Monthly plans continue through the end of the period already paid for. Future charges stop.
• Annual plans: we refund unused full months on a reasonable prorated basis.

To cancel or request a refund, email bnsdigitalventures@gmail.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

Optional maintenance

Maintenance is completely optional and is not required to own or use your website. Plans are $39.99 per month or $399 per year.

Included: basic hosting management, routine upkeep, basic security and maintenance checks, and up to two small content updates per month at no extra charge. Unused updates don't roll over.

Not included: major changes, redesigns, new pages and custom functionality. These require a separate written quote.

One-time changes

Changes or repairs outside a maintenance plan are $100 minimum per service request. Larger work requires a written quote that you approve before work begins.

Website ownership

You own your completed website after payment in full. On request, we provide your website files in a transferable form, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions (for example, fonts or software owned by others).

Hosting

Basic hosting management is included with optional maintenance. If you cancel maintenance, you may move your website to another host, and we provide a reasonable transition period to do so.

Domains & business email

You purchase and control your own domain name and business email. These are separate expenses paid directly to the provider you choose.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, text and images, and make sure you have the right to use them.
• Review your website and send revision requests within the agreed scope.
• Pay invoices when due.
• Keep your domain and business email accounts in good standing.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, leads or sales, or uninterrupted operation of third-party services such as hosting, domains or email. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

Privacy

This website has no forms, accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log IP addresses and request data (such as pages requested and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

Email: if you email us, we keep your email address and messages to reply and to provide the services you request. We do not sell or rent your information.

Payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We do not store card numbers.

Deletion: you can ask us to delete your information by email. We will delete it where we are not required to keep it; some records, such as invoices and payment records, must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
